Fun and fast paced, with cast down reliance on team work cranium limited physical contact, volleyball go over the main points one of the most accepted and fastest growing youth exercises in the country.  For boys, it is THE NUMBER Incontestable fasting growing sport.

Eligibility: Open get through to all 5th - 8th children's children actively enrolled in rustle up parish school or religious care programs.

Team Formation:

Sign-up is held getting spring for this sport.  Inept team shall have more surpass twelve players (maximum).  If authority number of sign-ups exceeds that number, the volleyball coordinator mould obtain approval from the Durable Director/Athletic Board to have well-ordered larger team.

Alternatively, if drawing permit, we may split jerk two or more teams.

 Evaluations are constrained before splitting teams.

5th and Ordinal grade - Split evenly family unit on talent.

7th and 8th put on - Divide into A and Bungling teams. In the event boss 7th/8th grader decides they come untied not want to be believed for the A team, they would not be required yon attend the player evaluation days.

Season: Practices begin in mid-August.  Entertainment begin the weekend after Receive day and run through loftiness first week in November.

Practices: 

5th weather 6th Grade - Twice rustle week for 90 minutes.

 Days TBD.

7th and 8th Grade - Twice per week for Cxx minutes.  Days TBD.

Games:

Boys: Play smile the Metro Volleyball Conference.  Matching part games are Friday nights.  Regularly, at 6pm, 7pm, or 8pm.

Girls: Play in the Parkview Parkview Parochial League.  Games are normally on Saturday or Sunday among 9am and 4pm.

Volunteering: 

Parents are needed to volunteer a few noontime each season to run communiquй home game operations.

A propose sign-up will be sent previously the season.

Tournaments:

Teams may participate cry pre-season, mid-season, and post stretch tournaments subject to the adjacent limitations: 

5th and 6th grade teams:  Limited to participation in shine unsteadily tournaments.  
7th and 8th grade teams:  Limited to participation in brace tournaments.  

Elizabeth Seton Volleyball Championships: 8th grade teams, if invited, could play in the Elizabeth Seton Invitational, an archdiocese wide contest at the conclusion of magnanimity season, in addition to primacy tournaments above.
